Capstone Agency
Capstone Agency earned the title of #1 Student-run Firm in the Nation three times from PRSSA. And yes, their client list is the real deal. During my time there, we partnered with brands like Coca-Cola United, Altec, Alabama Broadcast Association, The Plank Center, and many others.
In the three years I spent with the agency, I worked my way up from Junior to Senior Art Director. In this role, I served as a graphic designer for the agency itself. As I moved up the ladder, I built a team of designers below me. As the Senior associate on the team, I was in charge of delegating tasks to the other designers, onboarding them, and teaching them more about Adobe Illustrator.
